Which GEOs convert best for adult advertisement right now?

Lately I have been scratching my head over one simple thing. Why does the same adult ad do great in one country and totally flop in another? I see people in forums sharing wild results, and it made me curious enough to test a few GEOs myself instead of guessing.

The main pain point for me was budget burn. I kept pushing traffic, tweaking creatives, but conversions were all over the place. Some days it felt like adult advertisement is less about the offer and more about where you show it. I also noticed that advice online is often outdated or too generic, which doesn’t help when you are trying to run things right now.

So I started small and tested a mix of Tier 1, Tier 2, and a few emerging regions. What surprised me first was that Tier 1 countries like the US and UK still convert, but only if everything is dialed in. Strict rules, picky audiences, and higher costs mean mistakes hurt more. If your landing page or angle is even slightly off, you feel it immediately.

Then I tried some Tier 2 countries like Brazil, Mexico, and parts of Eastern Europe. Honestly, this is where I saw the most balanced results. Traffic was cheaper, users were more open, and conversions felt more consistent. It wasn’t explosive, but it was steady, which matters more to me in the long run.

I also tested a few Asian GEOs. Results here were mixed. Some places had amazing click activity but weak conversions, which told me curiosity was high but buying intent wasn’t always there. It taught me that clicks alone don’t mean much in adult advertisement if the audience mindset doesn’t match the offer.

What helped me most was stopping the idea that there is one perfect GEO. Instead, I focused on matching offers with regions and adjusting expectations. Tracking small trends over a week worked better than judging results after one bad day. I also found this page on adult advertisement pretty useful when I was comparing options and rules across regions, mostly because it gave a clearer picture without trying to sell anything.

Right now, if you ask me casually, Tier 2 GEOs feel like the sweet spot. Tier 1 works if you know what you’re doing, and emerging GEOs are good for testing but need patience. I’m still testing, but at least now my results make more sense than before.
