Hello everyone,

I’m exploring ways to improve our support team’s efficiency and keep response times low. I’ve been researching various customer service automation tools, but I’m unsure which features are truly essential versus those that are nice to have.

Specifically, I’m interested in solutions that can handle repetitive inquiries, integrate with our existing CRM, and provide useful analytics without losing the human touch. For those who have experience, which customer service automation tools have you found most effective?

Are there any pitfalls or lessons learned when implementing them that I should be aware of?
