Best GEOs to scale adult push advertising right now?

Lately I’ve been wondering if it’s just me, or if picking the right GEO has become harder than actually setting up the campaign. Adult push ads look simple on paper, but once you start running adult CPM advertising, the country you choose can make or break everything. Same creatives, same budget, totally different results just by switching GEOs.

My main frustration was burning money in places everyone online keeps recommending. Tier 1 sounded safe, but CPMs were high and traffic felt tired. Lots of impressions, very little action. On the flip side, going too cheap in random Tier 3 countries brought clicks that looked good in stats but never converted into anything meaningful. It felt like guessing instead of scaling.

So I started testing more deliberately. Nothing fancy. Small budgets, short runs, and focusing on how users actually behaved instead of just CPM numbers. What I noticed pretty quickly is that some GEOs sit in a sweet middle ground. Countries in Eastern Europe, parts of LATAM, and a few Asian regions kept surprising me. The CPMs were reasonable, traffic volumes were solid, and users didn’t seem completely blind to push ads.

Another thing I learned is that timing matters as much as geography. Some GEOs only performed well during specific hours, especially for adult push traffic. When I matched local active hours instead of running campaigns 24/7, engagement improved without touching creatives. That alone saved me a lot of wasted spend.

Creatives also needed small tweaks per region. Not full redesigns, just language tone and imagery that felt less generic. Even basic localization helped. The GEOs that worked best weren’t always the cheapest, but they gave me stable data I could actually optimize on. That’s where adult CPM advertising started feeling predictable instead of chaotic.

I didn’t magically figure this out overnight. I spent time reading other people’s tests and comparing notes. One resource that helped me sanity check my GEO choices was this breakdown on adult CPM advertising networks and regions. It didn’t give me secret answers, but it helped narrow down where to start testing instead of throwing darts in the dark.

If I had to give one piece of advice, it would be this: stop chasing only low CPMs. Look for GEOs where users still react to push ads and where traffic quality feels human. Test small, watch patterns, and let the data guide you. Scaling gets way easier once you find even one or two regions that behave consistently.
